Thanx for the "saw" advice using dental floss. I was able to remove both
rainguards today. The leftover foamadhesive came off very well using my
thumb and "rolling" it off!

Thanx again...much appreciated

lots of places on the web - do a search on altavista, like: +dakota
+taillight

with the 3M remover Renee suggested - if the adhesive was the foam stuff,
take a length of dental floss and "saw" your way thru the foam so you can
remove the rainguards first, then use the 3M adhesive remover to remove the
sticky stuff

Tamer.
