Mopar performance makes a magnum intake (fits Magnum heads) that takes a
single 4-barrel... could also take a Pro-jection or similar throttle body
injection setup. but pre-Magnum and Magnum intakes are not interchangable
without reworking the intake bolt holes... pre-mags run perpendicular to the
intake surface of the head, while Magnum intake bolts run vertical. only
other issue is the valvetrain oiling... pre-mags run oil through a passage
in the head, and the rocker arm shaft... Magnums run oil through the
pushrod, so your lifters would have to provide oil... I don't know if Magnum
lifters would fit a '91 block... if they do, that should work... if they
don't I think you need AMC lifters...
I do remember that they picked up significant HP with the Magnum heads...
