Condensate drain tube

     In an effort to cure the moldy smell I get after turning the a/c off,
     and running vent air, I jacked up the passenger side of my truck to
     find the condensate drain tube assuming that is was clogged thus
     preventing draining of water condensate. I couldn't find it. Is there
     an external drain tube on 97-ups? If so, where the heck is it? TIA
