It's 100 here in Texas too, and the fans work fine.
Wire them EXACTLY as the instructions tell you, with one exception:
Don't run the temperature pickup bulb inside the radiator hose, just
gently push it through the uppermost passenger side of the radiator
cooling fins. It will read the same and it won't leak.
Wire in your A/C for the fans to come on when the clutch is energized
from the dash switch. There are 2 wires that go to the A/C clutch under
the hood, get a test light and find the one that lights up when you turn
on the A/C and splice it in.
Forget the manual switch.
I hope you're handy with fabricating the bracket, if not, the plastic
cable ties will work.
You will have to peel the gasket seal off the fans and decide where it
will mount, then trim pieces of the gasket to fit where needed.
It's not just a "bolt-on", so use your imagination if you get stuck.
