I know someone selling a nice lowered 97 dak in Oregon. I am trying to get
my girlfriend to buy it. One major concern is emissions. How much would it
cost to "modify" the 97 Dakota to meet the STRICT regulations we have here
in California? What is involved and what needs to be changed?
