Radiator Drain Modification

I flush the antifreeze in my Daks cooling system every 2 years and drain the
radiator every year; I think this is why, at 108,000 miles, my truck has
never ran anywhere near hot(even when it was 120 with the heat index this
week). Once warmed up, the temp needle will read between 1/8-1/4 warm on the
temp guage. I did finally have to replace the stock 195 tstat about 6 months
ago.

Well it's time to drain the radiator, and I would like to install some type
of peacock drain. My questions are:
#1: Does the radiator drain fitting/plug come all the way out from the
radiator? When I drain the radiator I just loosen it, and of course; those of
you who have similar Daks to mine, it gets kind of all over.
#2: If the drain fitting/plugs does indeed come out, can I buy or is there
some type of brass peacock drain that will screw into the drain fitting/plug
threads?? I woud like to be able to drain the coolant more easily by using
some type of drain in which I could simply get under the truck and flip an
180 degree/90 degree handle(similar to natural gas shutoff valves used in
homes) over and have the cooland flow out. Even better would be if I could
find one that had a hookup at the drain peacock so a hose/tube can be used to
drain into a pan. Thanks for any info.
