This is a company in Jackson, MI. It advertises that it has had
extensive experience in customized programming for the Dodge trucks.
I do not know how valid their claims are. Maybe some MI. DMLers have
had some experiences with/knowledge of this company.
With regards to the WOT issue, a D-C s/w engineer stated that
"...WOT does not determine closed vs open loop that much...".
I did not have the opportunity to question him on this surprising
(at least for me) statement as it was given on a list that denied
me membership (not an R/T owner nor intend to be).
