Major modifications fall under Cam, Heads, Pistons, Crank, Porting (Intake
and Exhaust head work), etc. Bolting something on such as headers and a TB
are still minor.

minor, what more do you want me to do......bore and stroke the engine. Other
than that, there isn't a lot more I could do to pull in more air.
