just correctly installed the ASP underdrive pullies, e-ram and here we go!
Results: pullies, guy at auto zone broke my harmonic idler pully (they had
to replace it at 68 dollars, their cost) did you know that pully is plastic?
ALSO. i brought my alternator there and they spun the pully off and put the
new one on. and i purchased a 950k6 belt.
E-ram: installation would be quick if the throttle kick on nicro switch can
be
easily mounted, but that wasn't my case. It broke! i was puttin a screw
thru one of the ends and the plastic housing just broke on me. I went to
walmart and improvised. Had to use this big giant horn button. But it
finally worked.
Results of e-ram and ASP pullies: SPANKED a chevy full side flairside by 1
truck length.
I was out for test runs and this chevy (most likely 98 flairside vortec v8)
started
revving his engine and inched up into the middle of the friggin road! I
just stayed put and the light turned
green. chirped the tires and off we went. He was already off by a truck
length because he kept on inching up at the light already. but BOOM. his
first gear shifts and i'm still pulling hard thru first. I hit second and
he
was behind me. At that time. i was going about 70 in a 45, and i just
pulled to the
right, turned and went home. and i have witnesses to the spank!
