So what you're telling us is...To get rid of the speed limiter, install a
Supercharger. (Hmmmm...good idea!) ;)

Ted, Doesn't the MSD box have a Rev-Limiter built in (or didn't you get
that one)?

    Just took the truck for a ride through the country..Winding roads so I
kept it in second. Got to the highway and had to get out quick so I kicked
it
and pulled thru first, then second and I could hear the motor screaming.
Looked at the tach and I was Over 5500 rpm's heading for 6000. Realised I
was
still in second and shifted up, but then thought I've never been over 4800
rpms with out the revlimeter kicking in and shutting me down.
    The SC has taught the PCM other things, I think, there was no valve
float, no speed liminter, still pulling strong, scared me..
