Toronto gets my vote. for 2nd place. I live in Buffalo and a trip across
the border andup the QEW is always an adventure. Also, I can pick up most Toronto radio
stations, and their morning traffic reports sound more like battlefield
reports!
First place has to go to Washington, D.C. I used to live there
and have been back several times since. The beltway is like a war.
There's a reason why there are traffic jams every hour of the day on that
thing. Someone is always cracking up. To make matters worse, you get the
morons with diplomatic plates who flaunt every traffic law you can think
of. Thats my 2 cents.
