Welcome aboard Dean,
Looks like you are already covered on your mods. Small world, about three
months ago I bought a flute from Leading Edge Productions out on Hwy 97 N.
in Kelowna, B.C. Amazing, isn't it? Good luck with your mods and hope you
enjoy the DML. :'B

Subject: DML: First Timer

Hello all. My name is Dean and I live in Kelowna, BC, CANADA. I have
just purchased a 99 Dakota Sport V6 5SPD, 4X4 C/C. I have, like all of
you, immediately started to do-it up. New Eagle Alloys with 31"
Wrangler AT/S, Custome locking tonneau, Alpine CDM-7836 stereo, JL Audio
6-1/2" VR600-CX Speakers for all 4 corners, Sprayed-in Bed liner, custom
pin-stripping, Stainless Bed Rail and Tail Gate protectors, Stainless
Rocker-Panel Kit and am waiting for my ordered chrome nerf-bars and
dual-tube chrome step bumper. I had Dodge install the trailer tow
package and bug deflector at purchase. Its WHITE with RED PINSTRIPPING
and is already a looker. I originally tried to install 32" Wranglers,
but once we had them on, at full wheel lock, they rubbed like hell.
Now....to ask for some input. When I am finished my mods, I want to
have the same horsepower at the rear end as i do now. I want to install
a 4 or 5" suspension lift and get 33's on there. I want to start things
by getting my power upgrades done first. I have talked directly with K
& N and they say I still have to wait 3 months for a full Filtercharger
system for my V6. I also want to do a full exhaust replacement starting
with headers and then dual all the way back (I think better engine
breathing is the best place to start increasing my H/P and mileage).

I would love some input as i really don't know if there is any BEST BETS
for what I want to achieve. I am currently in the midst of a divorce so
I am stuck without a carport or garage to do anything myself. I am also
currently trying to get my homepage started so I can show-off my machine
during its many stages...just really not all that computer literate.

Thanks to all in advance and drive safe.
