Try this link for information on each transmission... you're right, the
NV4500 comes with a granny 5.61 first gear.
And I'll have to correct myself, the NV4500 is a CAST IRON case, not steel.
I don't see weights on that page, but I remember lifting my A-833 from my
Charger (cast-iron case 4-speed) and that thing must have weighed 300+ Lbs!
(But it took a 4000 RPM clutch sidestep from a bigblock!)
