Hey, Eric:

WHy don't you tell 'em about that neat website the guy in Virginia set up
for the Dodge dealer who tried to "bugger" him (his words, not mine) on a
*Durango R/T*? THreaten to do likewise.
I used it on the company that couldn't seem to fix my water softener and
told them that I was ready to put up a site describing the real world
results of their product and amazingly they got it fixed right the next
time and for no charge!
