What's up with Truck Trends 16.2 second R/T?????

Ok folks, I kinda ripped a Truck Trend out of the plastic at the local
grocery store today to check out the R/T vs. F150 article..

I wasn't very impressed.. I ferget the exact time.. but I think they ran a
16.23 second 1/4 mile in a CC R/T??????

But yet, they somehow ran a 15.4 in the "Motor Trend" last year

What gives??
