i've seen that kit as well. i think they meant it for
RACE USE ONLY. it includes some adapters that appear
to let you swap the straight pipe for the cat (so you
are legal when on the road and fast when on the
track). my guess is they wouldn't be selling it if it
was illegal if used PROPERLY, as they sell it to be
used. of course i could be wrong..
