Plus rocker arms,pushrods,lifters,radiator,fan,A/C condensor and timing
cover,sprocket and chain.If you're changing the cam significantly you
probably want to upgrade the valvesprings too. This is major mechanical
work with serious potential for error. At least try to find a buddy
that's done it before(successfully) to give you a hand.

P.S. Larger ratio roller rocker will give you more lift and quicker valve
times but with same duration/overlap and are a much easier install. What cam
are you looking at?
