Most of the Boost gauges on the market all use a (small) 1/8" line. This
line needs to be installed either on a vacuum fitting (using the "T" fitting
that came with it) or on the Intake manifold. Putting it in the intake tube
won't give a proper reading. (Sorry to say that to you Ted.)

Coming from past experiences with the Vortech, Paxton, and B&M kits (that
included the boost gauge)...all of them required that the fitting be
installed on the manifold.
