3M makes an adhesive remover. You should be able to get it at any good auto
supply store (Grand Auto has it). It doesn't harm the paint if you don't use
too much pressure. Use plenty of solvent and turn the rag frequently.

Does anyone know what desolves the adhesive on 3M tape,something thats not
harmful to the paint.
