I've been in contact with JBA about these headers since March 05th 1995.
I've posted several message about them. Here is the email they sent me
some time ago concerning there price:

Chad,

Thanks for your inquiry. At this time I can't say whether or
not the header kit will include a
y-pipe. We are still early in the development stages on this
product and only after we have had time
to do testing will I know what the product will look like. As
far as pricing goes, if the kit doesn't
include a y-pipe you can expect the kit to cost around $439, if
it includes a y-pipe the price will
be around $599. These are just estimates. Factors like what
materials we use (stainless or mild
steel) will have an effect on price as well. Check back with us
in about 2 months for more info.
on this. Thanks for your interest in JBA Headers.

        Sincerely,
        Mark Mathews

Hopefully I'll be purchasing a set!
