Isn't your truck a '97 or '98? If it is...take it to the dealer because the
end links are not easy to find in the auto parts stores (and warranty work
anyway).
If you want, you can take some Vise Grips and put them on the end link
(middle)...set them really tight. Turn the bottom nut loose with a decent
size (length) ratchet (or just put an extension on it for more leverage) and
try it that way. (Good Old WD40 sometimes helps as well.) If the nut is an
aircraft style nut, heat it up so that the plastic melts...turn it while
it's hot though.
Whatever you do...do NOT take the sway bar off the vehicle. (No good for
handling let alone stability/safety.)

Better. I tried unscrewing it and it just freely spins in there.. I got a
wrench on the bigger nut and one that hold the stud, but couldn't break it.
I didn't really want to break it loose (First i just wanted to tighten it
up)
then i noticed that it's totally bent to the left.. It moves UP AND DOWN.
UP
AND DOWN when you push on the truck.
Not a good sign. should i do this? or should i take it somewhere to have it
done. How much does it usually cost? Parts, labor? or should i say to
hell
with the sway bars and take em out (fronts)

what you're seeing. When you grab a hold of it and tug on it...does it
move
loosely or "clunk" back and forth?
