Your computer needs to be flashed by the dealership to correct the problem.
The catch is, the flash isn't available at this time. Your right, its a
timing problem. Join the club of pinging Dakotas. I was told that a chip of
any kind would make the ping worse. If anyone out there had a pinging dakota
and a chip made it better, please let me know otherwise!
