Sounds like the Infinity Am/Fm radio. Does it have cassette?

I believe there are two "pin hole" buttons on the right side of where the time/station display is. One should be for hours, one for minutes. Either press the "sel" button to display the time and adjust with these two buttons, or you might have to turn the radio off to adjust. I am not sure. If your's doesn't have these buttons, then I will have to refer to my wife's caravan (she has this radio) and get back to you.

It is a Chrysler radio.
Left side button notes : Vol-Bass and under it a sliding lever left and right
Right side button : Tune and Speaker
Left side of radio also has two rectangular buttons (1) AM/FM the other (2) Set
There are also five buttons at the bottom for your preferred stations.
I don't know how to better describe the features..
Hope this is enough,
Thank you for taking the time to respond, it is appreciated,
Cheers
