Well I got a little bored yesterday, so I took a piece of intake-head gasket
and cut out a lil square. Unhooked the EGR pick-up tube and installed the
gasket, thus blocking off gas flow back into the intake manifold. NOTE:
this is an off road mod only, but I can tell a difference with better
throttle response. Wasn't a huge difference, but I'll feel better driving
off road knowing that the intake air isn't being heated up by exhaust. I'd
say worth my 10min. for a free mod.
Off road use only, of course!
