Doug, If you decide to modify your TB yourself, let a
machine shop open the ports for you. This will keep the
airflow balanced to the cylinders. Usually you can
get it done cheap $20-50 if you can find a shop thats
not to busy (mine was $20). The shaft and TB top can
be modified and cleaned up pretty easy. Polishing was
the fun part and really makes it look sharp. You can
look at some pics on the DML and other websites to
see what needs to be done. The bores are better left
to the pro's tho. Good luck!
