If your O2 sensor is up to scratch, then I would make sure that the cam
position sensor is doing its job properly. With Hughes' reputation,
you would like to assume that the cam was degreed properly and the timing
chain installed properly.

There are a couple of formula that can be used to see if the stock injectors
are the proper size to handle your engine's output and to determine if fuel
pressure is adequate for your application. MSD (PN 2000) has a software
program that will estimate the injector size for you. It also takes into
account supercharged applications and the effect of aftercoolers and
compressor
deficiencies. It will also output a min and max injector-size recommendation.

It might also be that the cam and mods on the intake side has exceeded the
MP PCM
built-in system's capability to adapt to your particular mods with regards to
the driveability issue.
