Mine are made by Penda. The loop rotates down so that the top is flush when
they're not in use. They seem fairly sturdy for most medium sized ropes.
I don't think I'd be hooking a chain to them. Penda quite often runs ads in
magazines, they also make tool boxes and liners. Sorry, but I don't remember
how much they were.
