Big NO-NO. Run a 180 T'stat. The 160 will do one of two things to your
engine/computer:

(1) Runs too cold and will stay open causing the engine not to cool down
properly (might overheat in certain situations)
(2) The computer read a cold setting and may not switch into closed loop
(runs like crap)
