ack!!!

don't cut the springs!!!!!!!!!

when you hit a bump, the truck will bounce about 1000 times really fast and you'll be hatin' life. Also, the cutting technique wil cause premature wear on your front suspension stuff and you'll have tp replace everything in a year or two, which will cost a whole lot more than lowerin' it right the first time.
There are two complete kits to choose from that are the two best kits:
Western Chassis and Hotchkis.
You can go lower with the Western parts, but it'll handle and ride like it's nobody's business with the Hotchkis parts.
Like Jack said, you get what you pay for when it comes to that kind of thing. Just remember that the only thing between your truck and the road is your suspension (well, tires too, but that won't make my point.. hehe) and should something be done the cheap way with shotty parts or a half-ass technique to get quick results, then the results could be more than disaterous.....

hey,

as soon as i get my truck ordered and stuff i want to lower it.. it's going
to be a 4x2.

how low can i lower the truck and still keep the factory wheels and rims on
it ?? and what all do i have to change.. i was hoping that i could just
cut the springs or something.. and change the leaf spring on te back tires..
