If it has the 2-piece driveshaft, check the carrier (hanger?) bearing and
housing that supports the driveshaft about mid-way. On my truck, the rubber
housing started to deteriorate at around 100k miles and caused the
driveshaft to vibrate, which caused the truck to shudder and vibrate at
certain speeds. After it was fixed, truck ran as tight and smooth as when
it was new.

To check it, jack up the rear of the truck (block the front tires) and put
the whole back of the truck up on jack stands (so both rear tires are off
the ground). Then start the truck and put it in gear so that the driveshaft
spins. If it's pretty bad, you should be able to notice it shaking around
in the rubber housing right away.
