Just curious, but today when attempting to start hooking up my Hella XL
Auxil. Lights, I ran into a problem. I am already running Hella 500 6" Round
Driving Lights and I managed to hook those all up with no or very minimal
problems. Well today, I just wanted to get the relay all wired up and get the
illuminated dash switch all wired up, so that all I would have to do it fab
up some brackets and mount my lights. Well I noticed that after I hooked up
the dash switch that in the off position, there was a dim light on in the
switch. When I flipped the switch to come on(like I would to power the
lights) it got brighter; just a bright as the other switch when it is on.
Both kits utilize the same switches, so I am familar with them. Could a poor
ground cause this dim light to appear in the switch?? I am not using the same
ground for both switches. Any ideas?? HELP!!!
