We had our first serious frost last week, and I found out real quick
that it's REAL important which way I point my Dak at night; if I don't
point the front to the East, I'll get a windshield full of ice.
Actually, I only got one chance to check it out; facing West, I got
major ice on the windshield, and none on the back window. Haven't had a
hard frost since.
Now, here's my problem - my Dak doesn't fit in my garage. I thought it
would, but it doesn't. Making icing a serious problem all winter long.
So, what's the easiest way to make getting out to work in the morning
relatively quick? I've thought about just draping a sheet of plastic
over the windshield, but I'm concerned about what damage it might do to
my truck. Is there any easy way to keep it clear?
