Boycott "brandsmart" and traction control?

Well, This has very little DML content (only at the end for those who want
it)

I originally bought an entire sound system for my uncle
RF power 50.2, RF power 12" sub, alpine 3 disk in dash changer, jl audio XR
650 component set at brandsmart.. (mainly because all of it was on
clearance, but i cleared out basically ALL of their cleareance inventory)
Trust me. excess of 3k bucks in audio equipment..

my uncle hooks everything up in LA (professional shop, a-1 audio) and 5
minutes later, the sub pops and smokes. He returns the sub to me and the god
@#$@# manager lady really sucked. "sorry, it's been 37 days since your
purchase and we can't give you credit or your money, you can only send it in"
I told her "my uncle really needs the sub because he's doing a fiberglass
enclosure and he's got an appointment for 3 months, and it's finally his
turn" WELL! despite me helping them sell a bunch of audio crap and giving
great reviews to my buddies, she still wouldn't do it. "i also told her to
just give me credit on the sub, i'll get a more expensive sub and pay the
difference" NOPE! what a reject..

I tell her to pull just my file up (comes out to about 1,500 + bucks in stuff
I purchased alone!) not including friend's accounts whom have bought solo
barics, RF amps, lanzar amps, etc....

still! wouldn't do it.

Dakota content:
So, as a mad teenager, i told the @#$@# to just send it off for repairs (if
you've been thru this, i'm sure you know it takes more than a damn month!)
Hop into the Dakota and put it in neutral, slammed the gas and left at LEAST
10 feet of rubber in their parking lot.. Is this illegal? (disclaimer:
this might have happened. or i could have made it all up. HEHE, I love
disclaimers..)

just wondering.. How the hell can the dakota leave marks in Reverse, but not
in drive? is it some kinda stupid computer program that cuts engine power
upon lost of traction? because i know when i rains and i lose traction, i
can see the RPM gauge drop and it just slows down, grabs traction and goes...
