MAP & O2 testing

The following testing procedures can be used:

For the MAP sensor, use a vacuum pump and a voltmeter. Make sure as
you're releasing the vacuum that there aren't any dips or spikes in
the voltage.

For the O2 sensor, there are many ways these fail but when they get
fouled they show lean all the time (low voltage 450mv or less all the
time).

Voltmeter, instead of scanner, can be used for the TPS testing (previous
post).
