I have to say that when I had my sony mini disk deck in my old tacoma I ran
it with a pair of polk audio 6.5 seperates, and it put out more than enughf
power to fill that cab. the deck was rated at 40 x 4 and worked wonders with
those two speakers. I have put that deck in my dack and am thinking of
bypassing the stock amp in the infinity system to run the speakers off the
deck till I can afford a new amp. just my $.02
