I too signed something about no loaner car as well.
FYI: I just got off the phone with my district rep and DC WILL have the
reprogramming of the computer
approved within 3 weeks. I told him I heard that before but he insisted the
TSB will be release
by months end.

i didnt get extended warranty ill get it before the regular warranty runs
out. Mabey i understood it wrong but i can swear the guy said they dont
provide loaner cars while work is done. I thought WTH if my truck breaks
under warranty ill just yell l oud enough so they get me a rental free ill
look through the paperwork just so i can make sure im not speaking out of mu
