Spark Plugs plus V8 mods

Just came on board and wanted to say thanks for all the info.
I have a "94" dak SC, 4x4 318 with the only mods consisting of
a k&n filter and just put Bosch +4 plugs in. Can someone tell me what
is a better plug to run and where to start (without completely rebuilding the engine)
fine tuning this monster,
