3" kills low end?

Im not sure about that?? I would understand the loss
in lowend if you were to run a dual 3" Cat-back
system. Couldn't you make up for the loss, if any, by
modifying the throttle body???? Also, has anyone used
the Random Tech. cat yet? It looks sweet!
