I believe Harmony was wiped out in the Indian Wars (not very Harmonious eh?)
or it ran out of water and was abandoned, and New Harmony was built nearby.
In any event, both are about 30 miles up the 15 from St. George. Since you're
in Ogden, I don't think that's very close!
