YUP, I get a clunk every once in awhile, but I was told the same thing
"That's well within tolerance's". I've had vehicles that sounded a lot
worse, so I guess that's why I'm not overreacting yet.

        I have the reverse clunk.....I have been told by two dealers
that it is
        within "normal" tolerances. Maybe that is why my differential
seals are
        leaking......These dealers also told me my wife's care surging
was just my
        imagination, another dealer is replacing the transmission. I
would call
        them on it........
