you could have a floating valve. oil could be geting out the exhaust valve but it gets burned before it gets to be seen as smoke. On the tailpipe on the inside does it feel oily at all? How low is the compression compared to the other cylinders? how is the coolant? have a leak down test done. Do you have oil leak. Mabey oil is blowing out but only does it when driving. Look under the truck and see if there is oil on the frame and bottom of car.
