I've not tried them yet, but I understand you can place free phone calls to
anywhere in the U.S. if you have a mic and a soundcard on your computer
(they recommend headphones). They say it's a lot cheaper to make web-based
phone calls & they can pay for it with banner ads. Only drawback is poorer
sound quality, depending on net connection, etc.
