Check the coil cushions at the top of the coil. Mine slipped slightly and
would "Clunk" on medium bumps.

this might be a stupid thing to say but what about the engine mounts??? I
know its a brand new truck but hey?,.............

 hitting a bump. Originally I assumed BJ's. It's at the dealer right now
 and they say the BJ's are fine and are having trouble figuring out what it
