Electrical problem w/running lights

Hello!

I have had a frustrating problem for some time with running
lights/instrument lights (same circuit) in that the fuse intermittently
blows (takes anywhere from seconds to months). I have seen a previous post
(back in 5/97 "Dashboard Problem") which has similar symptoms. However, no
fix was posted. Curious if anyone has any suggestions to trouble shoot this.
