Yep, I've gotta' chime in here too... I ordered my magnecore wires from him
(Patrick) and the service was fast and responsive. Latter on, I burned one up
when it fell out of the loom and he pointed me in the right direction to get a
new one. Don't know what's going on now, but my experience was a good one.

Personally, when I ordered my shift kit a while back,
I had no problem with the service from him. Something
could be wrong with his computer or something. You
never know what could be going on at his end.
