What is this you're talking about? Wipers jumping? Mine don't. They were streaking the windshield because the blades were torn up from using them to scrape ice and icky tree drippings off the windshield. I put RainX universal wiper blades on them (they were the cheapest), and they've been fine. Guaranteed for 1 million wipes. I'm counting.
