I had the same thing happen after I installed my MSD coil, it would never
miss, but it would die out... I would have to connect the stock coil back
up, then it woulr run fine... it even died w/o the MSD connected, but only
AFTER I had connected it initially.... about 3-4 weeks ago, my truck died
completely, and it was outta warrnty... so we took it to the dealer anyways
because we could not figure it out... came to find out... needed a new
Computer (8yr/80k miles warrnanty on those)

You may want to check into that...
