Hey All,
Although I was out for awhile, I got back in when I's thinkin about my
supercharger. Well my supercharger wrecked my transmission if y'all
remember me postin it. Well now after calling Coan Engineering they
sent me to Joe Chrisman. They said he's a really good transmission guy,
plus he's really nice. He's had my transmission for about a week and a
half. He fixed my cracked overdrive piston and replaced my stock 5
clutch pack with a 6 pack that has thicker plates. I smoked the stock
pack. He's now working my valve body, and is taking it to chrysler to
dyno it after working it. He's going to make it bang through the gears
unlike the slow shifting stock. He doesn't use any shift kits, but
modifys them so.
I will tell all of you how all this feels when it's done. I just wanted
to let you know if you wanted a faster shifting tranny he's the man.
Actually the only one that Coan Engineering knew that worked on the new
transmissions.
