You would think so but MP doesn't seem to work that way.
There was an enormous demand for the valve springs which
are used with the Magnum R/T cam kit this past year, not only
from people like you and me who walk in off the street but
also from serious racers who are authorized to discount MP
parts, and MP took a long time to get them out no matter
who you were.
Another example of how MP works: Up here where I am,
many of MP's part numbers are not in the computer system
and the parts dept would have to telephone into the U.S.
(St. Louis, I think) to make an inquiry. I also cannot
get most of the MP's books on engines and chasis up here because
MP's publisher is strictly a U.S. company (got to love our
federal law). My current issue of MP News which just arrived
by mail this week had the envelope torn open by customs.
