personally i find eclipse decks by fujitsu ten play the cleanest. as well as
there antiskip technology can't be beat(my opinion) no memory buffer just
five very high speed servos to keep the laser on track. i have to hit a
speed bump at over 30mph to make the thing skip.
on top of this it is the only deck i ever found that has 6 rca outputs on it
for hooking up three seperate amps(front, rear and sub) and has full controls
for a sub,including phase reversal, built into the deck. all for the low
price of $550 canadian. which is about $300 american. i don't know if it
will read cdr's and cdrw's though. i will borrow one of a friend who has a
cd writer and find out for you.
